It's Been A While!

Well since the last entry, we have been very busy but haven't realized it until now since I haven't updated the blog. We had Camden's pictures taken right before Halloween and they turned out adorable! I was so happy with them! He had a great Halloween. As you can tell from the pictures, he was a penguin. He went to a few house to say "Trick or Treat!" He is getting bigger everyday and starting to make more sounds and wanting to sit up as much as he can. Camden loves to watch football too....We think its the motion.

Great Time in Baltimore!

Columbus Day weekend, the Quinlan family traveled to Baltimore to visit with family. Stacey's parents came down from New England and we were able to visit with "the Baltimore crew!" We had a fabulous time! Casey's Aunt Chris and Uncle Rich were wonderful hosts to a birthday party for Casey's 30th birthday. The next day, Stacey, Casey and her parents took Camden around Baltimore visiting the Inner Harbor and Camden Yards. Mommy Quinlan got to stop by Charm City Cakes, home of the Food Network show, "Ace of Cakes." We had a great time visiting with everyone!

10 Weeks Old!

Camden is already 10 weeks old and is getting bigger and bigger everyday! He is giggling and cooing often! We love watching him explore his environment. He is starting to smile for the camera a little bit more. He can hold his head up really well when we hold him upright and when he is having tummy time! Camden is starting to sleep more at night, which is great for Mommy and Daddy! We are looking forward to the fall weather to do some fun stuff with him. He already has his Halloween costume ready so look for pictures towards the end of October! He had his 2 month old shots and Mommy looked at the wall and only cried a little bit!

Football Season!

The second football game of the WVU season was this past weekend. Camden loved tailgating with friends! He was all bundled up since it was a little rainy when we first got there. He is smiling more and more at people. It is so cute to see! He turned 8 weeks old on Sunday and has discovered his hands more and really LOVES laying in his crib and watching the mobile!

Special Weekend!

This weekend there were many "firsts" for Camden. He was able to meet his Uncle Tommy and Caitlin. We picked them up from the airport on Friday morning. We went to Morgantown for the WVU vs. Liberty football game. Camden tailgated and was able to meet many people we haven't seen since he was born. He went for a walk and was fed by Uncle Tommy! It's been a great visit!

First of the Month!

I can't believe that it is September already. Mommy is back to work and Camden has gone to his babysitter's the past two days and has done fabulously! Mommy didn't do as well leaving him with someone other than family. But, it was easier the second day :) Camden got a visit from family on August 28th; Megan and Emily Quinlan came to visit with their Mommy and Daddy! Camden enjoyed being held by the girls. We went to Countdown to Kickoff in Morgantown to get ready fo the fall football season. Obviously, in the picture, it was getting close to feeding time! Camden's first day at the sitter's was a cold one so we bundled up the little guy and he was off! This weekend is very special --> Camden gets to meet Uncle Tommy! Tom and his girlfriend Caitlin are coming to visit. WVU's first football game is Saturday and we are all looking forward to a nice visit! There is a little video of Camden playing on his boppy pillow...few sounds, some cooing too!

1 Month Old!

Tomorrow marks Camden's 1 month old birthday. He goes for his one month old doctor's appointment too tomorrow. Casey and I measured Camden recently and he has already grown about an inch since he was born. I know that he has gained weight because he likes to eat just like his mommy! This weekend, we went to St. Albans to visit family and friends. He got to visit with his 3rd cousins Michael and Alyssa and PaPaw put a fish in the pond which was Camden's fish. On Sunday, we went to watch Daddy ride jetskis as we just relaxed by the water. We had a great weekend!

3 Weeks Old

Camden is officially 3 weeks old. He is sleeping more overnight and eating more too! He continues to make different faces everyday, which are adorable! We could call him "bobblehead" with how strong he is with his head and wanting to look around. He has been out of the house to go to the grocery store, Target, Home Depot and Mommy's work. This weekend he makes his first trip to the Mountain State to visit MaMaw and PaPaw in St. Albans!

Camden's First Few Weeks

Camden has been a very busy boy for his Mommy and Daddy! He has enjoyed his first nap in his swing, his first sponge bath, his first ride in a car and his first walk. He is only 2 weeks old but has already done so much! :)

Camden Alan Quinlan

Camden Alan Quinlan has arrived!! He was born on July 19, 2009. He weighed 8lbs. 6 oz. and was 21" long. His grandparents visited the hospital and stayed with us for a few weeks to get adjusted.
